U.S. Shipping

Domestic orders ship anywhere within the United States with UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping to U.S. addresses is free. At this time, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, military addresses outside of the United States, and/or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

We ship orders worldwide—to more than 200 countries and territories.  At the checkout, you can choose a shipping method that best fits your delivery time needs and budget.

Shipping Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders usually ship within 1—2 days of being placed. Note that due to high demand, in very rare cases shipping can take up to seven days. Please be patient, we do our best to get your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Liability

When placing an order make sure to provide a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages that have been successfully delivered. We cannot guarantee any delivery times due to a carrier’s shipping delay, nor when orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any guarantees on transit time made by the shipping carrier. If any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge was incurred in the process of a late delivery, it should be settled with the shipping carrier.

Changing Shipping Address and Redirecting Package

Your shipping address can be corrected or changed at any time if your package has not yet shipped. Redirection is permitted by UPS in limited circumstances. If UPS has unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your package, find the tracking number in your confirmation email, contact UPS customer support and ask that your package be held for pickup in a local shipping facility.

Receipt Confirmation

Any package over $150.00 requires a signature upon delivery.
