The following Terms of Sale apply between you and Unex Management Services, Inc. when you order any products on this website.

Acceptance of Terms

By ordering a product on this website, you accept these Terms of Sale as well as any and all applicable Google’s terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service (for example, your use of any Glass software or services that use Google Maps is also subject to the Google Maps/Earth Additional Terms of Service and Legal Notices).

Beta Product

Glass is in beta. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that implementation of some Glass features and services are still under development and that you should not rely on the device, accessories, software, or Glass services having the full functionality of a consumer release. Note that Glass firmware currently supports the English language by default. Support of other languages is possible but not guaranteed at the moment.

Google Services

Use of certain device features may require that you open a Google account. Note that some Google services and content may vary by region.

Mobile Device Compatibility

Glass works with MyGlass app running on you mobile device. Your mobile device must be compatible with MyGlass app which is available for Android and iOS.

  • MyGlass for Android requires Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher.
  • MyGlass for iOS requires iOS 7 or later (iPhone 4 and above, iPad 2 and above with cellular connection).

Prices, Taxes and Charges

The item price displayed on the website does not include taxes, shipping, handling and other charges. Information about taxes and all charges will be presented at checkout. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pricing and Product Description Mistakes

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices and product information on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price or product description of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price or product description, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you or receiving a reply from you within two business days of a notice given to you about such discrepancy, we will consider the order cancelled. In this case you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

By accepting these Terms of Sale, you unconditionally accept our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Import Duties and Taxes

If your delivery address is not within the United States, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges are borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Your Undertakings and Warranties

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost including sales tax (where appropriate) and shipping and handling charges. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.

Our Contract

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until the product(s) ordered have been despatched. We will send a confirmation email when the goods have left shipping facility. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods. Where an order is to be fulfilled in instalments, those products yet to be despatched will not form part of our contract with you.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB), 2Checkout, PayPal and bank transfers. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, payment processing and other additional charges.

The item must be returned in a good condition, with no major damages, with all original materials and accessories, and in original packaging. After we confirm no major damage has occurred, a refund will be issued. This may take up to two weeks.

This guarantee does not cover defective items. Defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with it’s applicable terms and policies.

All returns must be processes via our online self-service return system.

Product Support

All requests regarding the following issues should be made directly to Google in accordance with their applicable terms and policies:

  • general technical support
  • defective products

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
